Cluster

`nasiko up`		Start local infra + server. Config: `~/.nasiko/.env`

--name is only for URLs. --agent and --config are only for harness targets.

Auth

Command	Purpose
`nasiko auth login`	Username/password or access key/secret → JWT in `~/.nasiko/config.json`
`nasiko auth status`	Local expiry check
`nasiko auth whoami`	`GET /api/users/me`
`nasiko auth logout`	Best-effort `POST /api/auth/logout`, then clear token
